State FOI Commission to hear PTOC complaint against Mosby – The Hour


NORWALK — The Connecticut Freedom of Information (FOI) Commission has scheduled a second hearing date regarding several FOI complaints filed against Board of Education member Shirley Mosby.

The commission has set a hearing date of Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 1 p.m. to hear a complaint filed by the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Council of Norwalk against Mosby.

PTO Council of Norwalk filed the complaint following a Freedom of Information request earlier this year, requesting Mosby to turn over evidence of a discrimination claim she filed with the Norwalk NAACP against the Norwalk Board of Education in June 2014.
